Communication with the unborn
Pregnant women during pregnancy can have an intense relationship building with their babies. Usually this happens by itself: the heart overflows with love at the thought of the baby. Such a connection is for the well being of the baby.
The connection between mother and embryo is as close as anything else in the world. The baby hears the functions of the body from the inside, it sensed the mood on the basis of voice and body sounds together with the hormonal messages. Perhaps it also has a connection to our unconscious – some psychologists believe this is possible, many mothers too.
Very simple breathing exercises, such as in the conscious pregnant belly, or to send love to massage the belly fit into everyday life. It’s also popular today to audition the baby to classical music. Recommended also is the audition, because the mother’s voice is one of the most important perceptions. If you always sing the same song, this also works after birth, presumably reassuring (singing generally has a calming effect on new-born). All of this, most pregnant women today give the embryo love and attention that it needs to grow.
In fact, an even deeper relationship is possible. If a mother with a little regular exercise in the relaxation state gets involved with the baby, they can directly communicate. There are several methods. The pregnant women go in a deep state of relaxation and then contacts with the baby. If the mother and child have been practicing this for a while, some babies are even willing to answer questions by moving (“thrash about, if you hear me”). Some babies use the contact to the mother and ask her to play on. Possible matches include, for example, pressing on the belly, back and forth.

According to experienced Obstetricians and psychotherapists who work with this contact, even the babies initiate topics of communication. The mothers report an incomparable feeling of being closer to the baby.
